The rules for using Auto Malawi to browse, list, buy, sell, and contact vehicle sellers.

Auto Malawi is a marketplace and listing platform that helps buyers discover vehicles and contact sellers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Auto Malawi is not the owner, seller, buyer, importer, broker, lender, insurer, or financier of listed vehicles.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every listing they submit, including vehicle make, model, year, mileage, price, location, photos, ownership status, duty status, registration details, condition, and contact information.
Buyers must independently verify vehicle condition, ownership, pricing, documents, duty status, registration status, roadworthiness, and seller identity before paying a deposit or completing a purchase.
Auto Malawi may review listings for quality and trust, but we do not guarantee vehicle quality, mechanical condition, mileage accuracy, document authenticity, seller honesty, price fairness, or transaction outcome.
Users may not post stolen vehicles, vehicles they are not authorised to sell, misleading prices, fake mileage, false ownership claims, copied photos without permission, illegal imports, scam listings, duplicate spam, offensive content, or listings that violate applicable law.
Auto Malawi may edit, reject, unpublish, archive, mark sold, or remove any listing that appears suspicious, misleading, inaccurate, duplicated, unsafe, unlawful, low quality, or harmful to marketplace trust.
WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and third-party links happen outside Auto Malawi. Users should be cautious with deposits, identity documents, banking details, and payment instructions shared through external channels.
Users make buying and selling decisions at their own risk. Auto Malawi is not responsible for losses, disputes, defects, fraud, payment issues, ownership issues, or disagreements that arise between buyers, sellers, dealers, or third parties.
